Punchdrunk Pandainvited me and some girls last March 20 for a blogger hangout at a cool vegan restaurant called Pipino at Teacher's Village QC. We each got a new pair of skimmers and had so much yummy vegan food for lunch!
Makeup + hair by the MaxFactor team a while ago at the Parisian Shoes photo shoot! The whole team was super nice and I'm glad I got to see a couple of other bloggers. Will be writing about that soon... Can't wait to see our photos!
What I wore to the Rags2Riches event at the Ayala Museum.
I'm normally not a fan of the Kim Kardashian trademark (one-shoulder dresses) since I never found it flattering for my body type... But I finally had the guts to wear this out last night.
Thank you to Alessandra for designing a couple of these dresses for me!
Vito's done it again! It's amazing how he reinvents the rocking chair into something that's modern yet still Filipino by using rattan. I really want this piece for our house in Baguio... I only have one VS piece for now (geo table) and it never fails to attract the attention of visitors.
The Delilah will be available at KISH soon. The Philippine launching is going to be in Manila F.A.M.E. International from March 18-21, and he will also be showcasing in Design Days Dubai from March 18-21. This is just one of the 8 new pieces he's designed for VS, so drop by! I'll be attending Manila F.A.M.E. on those dates.
Watch this dreamy video he made....
Like the ebb and flow of the tides, the act of coming and going reverberates in our most basal instincts as human beings. We go forth, only to go back- to a favorite song, a frayed shirt, a well-loved meal. Back and forth, back and forth.
A rocking chair, a silent testimony to countless babies being nursed to sleep, coming and going between wakefulness and slumber. A rocking chair, tucked into a corner, unused, all but forgotten. A rocking chair, refashioned. Back and forth, back and forth, we go.
Necklace & studded top by Mia Arcenas, leggings from American Apparel, boots from Forever 21 & bag from Hong Kong
This is actually my first post for the Postura Project! The main idea is to wear at least one thing that's locally made or designed. I chose to wear creations by my good friend Mia since I recently visited her showroom in Cebu. She dressed me up for the masquerade ball and I couldn't help but get some things from her showroom. She designs fun accessories and colorful dresses! She's also one of the contestants for this year's Bb. Pilipinas, let's show our support!
